The Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS)<\/strong>, organized the \u201cRUTS International Collaboration Camp 2026 (Civil Engineering Camp)\u201d during 17\u201322 May 2026 at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia. The program was held in collaboration with Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia, and Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, aiming to strengthen academic cooperation, promote cultural exchange, and enhance students\u2019 international learning experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The camp featured a variety of academic and cultural activities, including the \u201cUltimate Load Bearing Challenge\u201d in civil engineering, the \u201cCanting Batik Session,\u201d and traditional Malaysian handicraft workshops. These activities provided students with hands-on learning opportunities, encouraged teamwork, and promoted cross-cultural understanding among participants from different countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the program, students gained valuable experience in engineering practice, communication in English, and multicultural collaboration. The initiative also contributed to building international academic networks and strengthening students\u2019 readiness for global professional environments, in line with the Faculty of Engineering\u2019s commitment at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RUTS) to produce practice-oriented graduates with international competence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
