Practical Training Program on Equipment Design and Craft Beer Production

On June 27-28, 2567, the Faculty of Engineering organized a practical training program on “Equipment Design and Craft Beer Production” at Building 53, Marine Training Institute, Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya. The event was presided over by Mr. Saree Thongchum, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Administration and Planning.

This program aimed to enhance knowledge and understanding of the processes, tools, equipment, and relevant laws involved in household-scale craft beer production. The hands-on workshop focused on providing participants with fundamental principles and practical applications to efficiently design equipment for craft beer production, such as sugar extractors, boiling pots, fermentation tanks, and various production processes including milling, sugar extraction, boiling, fermentation, and packaging. Participants had the opportunity to practice under the guidance of instructors to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities in equipment design for craft beer production.
