On June 26, 2567, the Faculty of Engineering held the New Student Orientation Program for the academic year 2567. The event was chaired by Assoc. Prof. Piyarat Prasongjan, Vice President of Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya, along with the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Assoc. Prof. Surasit Rawangwong. Faculty administrators and all engineering faculty members warmly welcomed the new students at the Engineering Building, Ennakk Prasong, RMUTSV.
The orientation program, scheduled from June 26-27, 2567, was divided into two sessions: the first session for the 4-year regular program and the second for the continuing and transfer programs (regular and supplementary). Its objectives were to introduce internal personnel and departments relevant to student life at the university, provide information on practices, welfare, and information systems for new students, and outline educational guidelines at the university.
In addition to informative sessions, the Faculty of Engineering awarded certificates of academic excellence to students with outstanding academic performance and featured special presentations by students who excelled academically throughout their studies, aiming to inspire new students in their academic journey.
